Pasalnya, salah satu dosen terbaik Fakultas Ilmu Kesehatan (FIKES) UMGO, Ns. Fadli Syamsuddin, S.Kep., M.Kep., Sp.Kep.MB, turut berperan aktif sebagai Ketua Tim Penyusunan Naskah Akademik dan Draft Rancangan Peraturan Daerah Penyelenggaraan Kesehatan Daerah.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">Rapat Paripurna tersebut dipimpin oleh Wakil Ketua DPRD Provinsi Gorontalo, Ir. La Ode Haimudin, MM, dan dihadiri oleh Wakil Gubernur Gorontalo serta sejumlah pejabat penting lainnya.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">Dalam kapasitasnya sebagai Ketua Tim Penyusun, Ns. Fadli juga, yang saat ini menjabat sebagai Ketua HIPMEBI Wilayah Gorontalo dan Wakil Ketua DPD PPNI Kabupaten Gorontalo, Ia menyampaikan rasa syukur atas pengesahan perda tersebut. Alhamdulillah tugas sebagai Ketua Tim Draft Naskah Akademik dan Penyusun Rancangan Peraturan Daerah Provinsi Gorontalo telah selesai dengan disahkannya Perda Penyelenggaraan Kesehatan Daerah. Ini menjadi kado spesial untuk UMGO menjelang milad ke-17,\u201d ungkapnya.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">Perda ini disusun melalui proses panjang sejak 27 Januari 2023, dimulai dari penandatanganan kontrak antara Sekretariat DPRD Provinsi Gorontalo dengan tim dari UMGO. Proses dilanjutkan dengan serangkaian FGD, harmonisasi dengan Kemenkumham, hingga serah terima dokumen. Beberapa institusi yang terlibat dalam FGD antara lain Bapemperda, Biro Hukum, Kemenkumham, Dinas Kesehatan, organisasi profesi kesehatan, perguruan tinggi kesehatan, serta rumah sakit.<\/p>\n<p><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-medium wp-image-10705\" src=\"https:\/\/umgo.ac.id\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/05\/IMG-20250527-WA0022-300x225.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"300\" height=\"225\" srcset=\"https:\/\/umgo.ac.id\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/05\/IMG-20250527-WA0022-300x225.jpg 300w, https:\/\/umgo.ac.id\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/05\/IMG-20250527-WA0022-1024x768.jpg 1024w, https:\/\/umgo.ac.id\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/05\/IMG-20250527-WA0022-768x576.jpg 768w, https:\/\/umgo.ac.id\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/05\/IMG-20250527-WA0022-600x450.jpg 600w, https:\/\/umgo.ac.id\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/05\/IMG-20250527-WA0022.jpg 1280w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 300px) 100vw, 300px\" \/><\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">Setelah sempat tertunda akibat pembahasan UU Kesehatan Nasional (Omnibus Law), Ranperda ini kembali dibahas intensif dalam rapat pansus dan selanjutnya dilakukan fasilitasi oleh Kemendagri hingga akhirnya disahkan.
