Pada pelaksanaan Upaya Hukum Restorative Justice antara Korban dan Pelaku, pada Rabu (7\/12\/2022).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cHukum terus bergerak mengikuti dinamika masyarakat, restorative justice menjadi terobosan untuk mewujudkan keadilan hukum yang memanusiakan manusia, menggunakan hati nurani. Sekaligus melawan stigma negatif yang tumbuh di masyarakat yaitu hukum tajam ke bawah dan tumpul ke atas. Sehingga perkara-perkara yang sifatnya sepele atau ringan dapat diselesaikan di luar pengadilan dan tidak perlu dilimpahkan ke pengadilan,\u201d terang Dr. Salahudin usai pelaksanaan Restorative Justice.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" width=\"1024\" height=\"768\" src=\"https:\/\/umgo.ac.id\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/12\/IMG-20221208-WA0006-1024x768.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-8209\" srcset=\"https:\/\/umgo.ac.id\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/12\/IMG-20221208-WA0006-1024x768.jpg 1024w, https:\/\/umgo.ac.id\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/12\/IMG-20221208-WA0006-300x225.jpg 300w, https:\/\/umgo.ac.id\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/12\/IMG-20221208-WA0006-768x576.jpg 768w, https:\/\/umgo.ac.id\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/12\/IMG-20221208-WA0006-1536x1152.jpg 1536w, https:\/\/umgo.ac.id\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/12\/IMG-20221208-WA0006-600x450.jpg 600w, https:\/\/umgo.ac.id\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/12\/IMG-20221208-WA0006.jpg 1600w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 1024px) 100vw, 1024px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Menurutnya, penerapan keadilan restoratif dengan cara memediasi antara korban dan pelaku kejahatan dalam penyelesaian permasalahan memiliki tujuan utama pemulihan kerugian pada korban dan pengembalian pada keadaan semula.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cLebih daripada itu, melalui RJ (restorative justice), stigma negatif atau labeling \u201corang salah\u201d itu dihapuskan. Ia tidak akan diadili di depan umum dan diberi kesempatan untuk bertaubat. Kalau dalam masa kesempatan itu diberikan, orang itu mengulangi perbuatannya, maka dia siap untuk dipenjara,\u201d jelasnya.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Turut hadir dalam kesempatan tersebut, Dr. Salahudin Pakaya, MH., sebagai penasehat Hukum, Syamsul Arifin, SH., Penuntut Umum, Penyidik Polsek Tolangohula, Kepala Desa Gandaria, Pelaku, Korban dan didampingi keluarga.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Kampus Unggul dan Berkemajuan &#8211;
